Following
the introduction of two new ATLAS system ATLAS VoIP MEDIA and the ATLASFLEX-CHANNEL IP, Atlas Telecom is introducing this
special Buy Back Program in order to help our
Dealers to fo back to their customers and give
them an incentive to upgrade to a VoIP
capable system.

How
the program works?
Atlas
Telecom will buy back any ATLAS system that has
been purchased after January 1, 2002. You will
receive a cash refund of 25% of the original
net price paid by the Dealer to Atlas Telecom,
once the new VoIP system has been ordered and
paid for and the old ATLAS system is returned.

| STEPS: |
- Provide Atlas Telecom with model# and Serial#
of SKU and telephones (or the Invoice#)
- Atlas Telecom will give you a written quote
for the buy back value for that system
- Purchase and pay for an ATLAS VoIP MEDIA or an ATLAS FLEX-CHANNEL IP system, with same or larger
number of phones
- Install the new system
- Return the old system to Atlas Telecom
- Atlas Telecom refund the Dealer quoted value

- No limits on the number of systems purchased
back
- Dealer must be the original buyer of the
system on our records
- The purchased date for the old system must
be after January 1, 2002
- The returned system and telephones must
be in working condition
- The old sytem must be returned within 30
days from the shipment date of the new system.
- The cash refund will be mailed directly
to the Dealer
- This special program may be terminated by
Atlas Telecom at any time without notice; however
any written quote will be honored up to 60
days after the termination of the program
